Well folks, dont slaughter me, its another testpiece of mine. Just learning the basics of brushing and experimenting with different formats. The stars i submitted turned out useful as well lol. The planet is a resource from the great scifi artist darktalyn-stock and i think it looks great. Created with photoshop cs. Hope you like it folks.

i start out with the stars and a light base shape for the nebula thing. The textures is added after the sketching. :lol:

Hey, this was a nice picture.
You're right, the planet was great!

But so is the rest. Very clean, and I love the blue. Especially since blue is my favorite colour ;)
The mist looks very nice too, although it's kinda starting to remind me of clouds, but you're definately improving your mist-skills too! :D

I'm just waiting to see some planet-rings from you now :P

the soft cloud-like shapes look like they are floating because not only their choice of color but because they are so detailed, that's really awesome
