Description

The other day i was trying to figure out what kinda piece i was gonna make. I knew i wanted to make something powerful, and you know i love strong colors :) Well, me and my friend whent out for a photosession looking for some nice locations and motives. At the end of the photosession, i was left with tons of well, more or less boring shots. The problem with this one was that too many colors where mixing. The grass was like in 5 different colors, and the result was more or less flat and boring. Then i thought, what if i isolate the deepest green i see in the foreground and let that color dominate the grass around the waterfall and the stone. Then i more or less completely desaturated the waterfall to make the water look more sand like. The main problem was that when i shot this piece, the sky was all white and completely flat and boring. The sky is a stock photo from sxs.hu wich i've put on steroids so to say lol, regarding the light and contrast that is. If you look at the water allmost all the way up, you see some weird lightning going on, the water is bright, then a sharp edge then its getting way darker, this is actually not from the light, but an effenct of the long exposure and the shape of the rock under it. Ok enough chitchat from me lol, hope you like it guys/girls, it was atleast a blast to make it. The piece is my addition to the Heavens Aromas pack :iconuw-one:

Sorry for the size on the piece guys, but i'd hate to lower the quality hehe.
